Every apartment is planned to include an in-unit washer and dryer. The five furnished concepts shown include stacked laundry units.
These are conceptual layouts and approximate planning starting points, not final floor plans. An architect will refine dimensions and building systems. Furniture shown illustrates the concepts; final furnishings are subject to leasing terms.
The first two buildings
Phase one is planned to include two 15-story buildings: Ford Towers and O'Jon Terrace. Each will have two lower floors for grocery and neighborhood retail, a resident lobby and amenity level, and 12 residential levels above. Utilities and building services will be located below grade.

Under the planned leasing terms, a $500 Apartment Holding Deposit will reserve an apartment in Ford Towers or O'Jon Terrace. The first month's rent is due 30 days before the planned move-in date, by December 29, 2027.
- If you move in
- The Apartment Holding Deposit becomes the refundable security deposit and is returned at move-out, less any deductions allowed under the lease.
- If you decide not to move in, for any reason
- The Apartment Holding Deposit is not refunded. It is retained as the stated cancellation or administrative fee.
- Why this is stated in writing
- Under Arizona law, the purpose of a nonrefundable fee or deposit must be stated in writing, and anything not designated as nonrefundable is refundable.
Layouts, rents, reservations, and the January 28, 2028 move-in date are planned information, subject to project approvals, construction, and final leasing terms. Contact us about leasing; this website does not currently collect leasing deposits or confirm apartment reservations.
The Apartment Holding Deposit is separate from Founding Member recognition membership. The $634 membership fee does not reserve housing or provide leasing priority.
