What membership means
Recognition, not a property arrangement
The $634 fee is for founding-member recognition and organizational membership. The recognition benefit is having the member’s chosen name listed on the planned commemorative plaque, subject to land acquisition and permission to install it.
Founding Member replaces the previous Founding Partner application. Membership provides no voting rights, economic interests, profit-sharing, authority over the land or project, or guaranteed benefits beyond organizational membership and the stated founding recognition. All applications require organizational approval.
No land rights or preferential treatment
Membership does not buy or reserve a lot, lease, ownership share, occupancy, access, or use of the land.
It does not provide priority to buy or lease property and does not promise a future discount. The membership fee is not presented as a charitable donation or a tax-deductible payment.

Land acquisition and development are in progress
The land has not been fully acquired. Membership fees may support organizational and project-development costs. Construction, town incorporation, utilities, property value, and project completion are not guaranteed.
Before any payment
Cancellation & refund policy
30 calendar days · Full refund
A member may cancel within 30 calendar days after the initial payment and receive a full refund to the original payment method. The 30-day period begins on the date the payment is successfully completed.
After that 30-day period, the membership fee is nonrefundable for voluntary cancellation. If the organization declines your application, you receive a full $634 refund to the original payment method, even after 30 days.

Submitting a request does not itself process a refund. Requests are reviewed under the policy above.
