Section 3 — Financial Commitment

I understand that each Founding Partner is expected to contribute $107.17 per month toward the land obligation.I am able and willing to make this monthly contribution consistently.I understand this contribution relates to the land-acquisition obligation and does not represent the total cost of building Red Rock Village.I understand additional capital will be required in the future and that no additional mandatory contribution can be imposed without a partnership vote.

Section 4 — Governance Understanding

I understand each Founding Partner holds one equal vote and equal economic interest (16.6667%).I understand the Founding Chair provides coordination and leadership but holds no additional ownership, no tie-breaking vote, and no unilateral authority.I will respect collective decisions made through the partnership's voting procedures.I will participate constructively, professionally, and in good faith.
