Section 3 — Membership Fee and Terms

I understand the $634 USD fee is for founding-member recognition and organizational membership; fees may support organizational and project-development costs.Membership does not buy or reserve a lot, lease, ownership share, occupancy, access, or use of land. It provides no voting rights, economic interests, priority to buy or lease, or promised discount.The planned plaque depends on securing the land and obtaining installation permission. Land acquisition and development are in progress; construction, incorporation, utilities, property value, completion, and plaque installation are not guaranteed.The questionnaire, $634 payment, and organizational approval are required. Payment alone does not make me a Founding Member.I may cancel within 30 calendar days beginning on the successful initial payment date for a full refund to the original payment method. Later voluntary cancellations are nonrefundable. Declined applications always receive a full refund, even after 30 days.
